For young people to develop their full potential, they need specific support – be it at home, in school, or through training and their careers. Only then can they grow, develop a healthy self-confidence and find a position in life that suits them and their capabilities.

At AMF-Bruns, nearly 100 apprentices have successfully completed their vocational training over the past decades. Many of them still work for our company.

With the AMF-Bruns Foundation, we want to actively support children, teenagers and young adults from our region in their development, such as by funding projects to improve school and vocational training, providing individual support or offering training positions to disadvantaged young people or those with learning difficulties.
